About you
Our client is currently seeking a highly experienced Client Side Project Manager with extensive knowledge and built-form exposure within the commercial, industrial, retail or healthcare project sectors. The Ideal candidate will be someone who has knowledge-based experience, passionate about the industry, and is able to work autonomously in a small team with a large scope of work.
- Ability to work autonomously
- High level of experience in particular in office fit out
- Sound knowledge Microsoft Project
- Ability to liaise with key stakeholders, and head project meetings.
This role will see you working autonomously on a variety of projects participating in client-side management with high levels of repeat business. As a Project Manager, you will manage the sole success of delivering key projects throughout the entire project life. The role will include, but is not limited to;
- Client Liaison and relationship building to promote repeat business.
- Developing and managing project briefs.
- Design and approvals process.
- Heading the table at project meetings
