AddressYou will be responsible for managing the operational activities of a specific team to ensure the delivery and execution of the project to a high level with a high focus on customer service excellence. Your Responsibilities
- Monitoring and achieving all productivity key performance indicators (KPI) at a consistently high level.
- Proactively engage with hubs, chartering desks, transport engineering, business unit, suppliers and internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Providing accurate rates for project requirements.
- Ensuring all necessary internal systems are kept up to date in a timely manner.
- Ad-hoc duties as requested by management. #LI-DNI

- Prior experience in a similar industry is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in a project management position.
- Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the current market in the industry.
