The role:
The objective of the Project Manager is to manage, coordinate and deliver projects efficiently, safely and profitably. The Project Manager will have a large focus on managing and reporting on the internal Symal Group leases and properties including capital works on new and existing properties along with upcoming projects.

Your every day:
- Provide project management expertise from project inception to completion in partnership with Development Managers.
- Assist the development team on various tasks throughout the development lifecycle including acquisition, planning, marketing, legal, construction and sales/leasing.
- Develop strong cross functional relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Manage all stakeholders internally and build effective relationships with external designers, contractors and consultants.
- Manage existing leases and properties of the Symal Group entities with landowners of the property and negotiating favourable terms on behalf of the Symal Group for future leases.
Who are you?
- Degree qualifications in Construction management, project management or property (or similar)
- Minimum 5 years industry experience as a Project Manager (construction or Client Side).
- Knowledge of consultancy, construction, infrastructure and property sectors/markets and an understanding of leases, sales, programming, contracts administration, procurement, commercial controls and reporting.
- Demonstrated previous experience in a project management role including experience in the delivery phase of projects.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external customer focus
