Liaise with clients via phone, email, live chat and social media platforms.
Handle customer enquiries regarding their product deliveries.
Liaise with the logistics team around delivery times and stock availability.
Compile weekly and monthly reports.
General administratoin as required.
Their ideal candidate:
Exceptional customer service and people skills.
Min. 1 year call centre - preferably gained within Retail or FMCG sector.
Excellent command of the English language.
Able to work on a afternoon shift roster -including weekends.
Good MS Office skills.
Zendesk platform navigation experience will be highly regarded.
Sydney based.
Citizen or PR status.
