Due to substantial growth, they are looking for a Client Support Specialistto join their dynamic team on the beautiful Gold Coast.
 

The Role  

The Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) by managing various administrative and client-facing tasks. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of sales meetings, account management activities, and efficient communication with clients and internal departments. 

The Responsibilities  

  • Attend client meetings alongside the CRM, taking detailed notes and ensuring their accurate entry into the client management system (ConnectWise) 
  • Independently handle customer inquiries and follow-ups 
  • Assist the CRM with quotes for IT hardware and software 
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and Managed Services Department for technical support queries/escalations 
  • Liaise with the Projects Department for project-related information and updates as it relates to their clients 
  • Work with the Accounts Department for invoice-related questions and procurement processes 
  • Act as a point of contact for customers in your portfolio and on behalf of the CRM 
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all client interactions and transactions are accurately documented 
  • Build strong relationships with various internal departments to facilitate positive outcomes for clients 
  • Participate in team meetings and provide updates on client accounts and sales support activities 

The Successful Candidate 

  • Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software, with IT MSP experience a definite advantage 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably ConnectWise 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency 
  • Proactive in addressing client needs and internal requests 
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions 
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

The salary range is between $60-$75k plus super and negotiable based upon experience and skillset.
