Client Support Specialist
$85,500 + super + annual bonus

- Provide "day-to-day" operational supply chain support to our Foodbuy clients.

THE POSITION
- Provide high quality customer service support to our Foodbuy clients and their operational teams.
- Be the first point of contact for our clients for supply chain service and performance concerns.
- Develop positive and engaging relationships with our client operations teams in support of the Foodbuy brand, our service reputation and in being a positive and active influence with our clients.
- Provide training support for Foodbuy-related systems.
- Ensure that the business is kept up to date with the latest products, innovations and technology.
- Complete various duties including system management, reporting and other elements as required.
THE PERSON
- Foodservice experience with a minimum of 2 years background in operations, management or at supervisory level.
- Demonstrable customer engagement, communication and relationship management skills
- Intermediate computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Good interpersonal skills - ability to establish and maintain key relations.
