We need an experienced Environment, Climate, and Sustainability Lead with a focus on renewable energy and transport. You'll collaborate with State-based, National, and Global virtual teams to support major programs and projects in Western Australia that shape our communities.As a key player, you'll connect with international experts, bringing valuable knowledge to our clients and their projects.
This is your chance to lead and develop a high-performing team in Western Australia, winning work across technical and commercial aspects. You'll drive our Environment, Climate, and Sustainability capability, covering specialist areas like Climate Resilience, Circular Economy, Air Quality, Heritage, Nature-Based Solutions, Regenerative Outcomes, EIA, planning, and approvals.
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive career span in major infrastructural design & construct projects.
- Proven project management skills and relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental management, engineering, Sustainability, planning, science, or related fields.
- Experience in preparing and navigating environmental approvals and engaging stakeholders.
- Expertise in emerging sustainability areas like regenerative design, circular economy, climate change adaptation, and resilience.
- Familiarity with ISC and/or Green Star rating schemes and working in multi-disciplinary teams is advantageous.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Project management experience with multi-disciplinary assessment teams and sub-consultants.
