AHTS are seeking an experienced climbing and/or EWP based arborist to join our passionate team. The job involves pruning a range of trees varying in size from a few metres tall to very large, as well as hazard tree removals and trimming the odd hedge. You will be required to work both as part of a larger team and lead a smaller team of eager budding arborists. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Tree pruning to a high standard in accordance with AS4373.
• Tree removals either EWP-based or climbing.
• Co-ordinating job site activities.
• Maintaining equipment.
• Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Effectively communicating with crew members and clients throughout the course of the job.
• Learning from and teaching those around you – our company is a collaborative effort with everyone teaching and learning from each other fostering continuous improvement.

The successful applicant will have:

• Minimum Cert III in Arboriculture or equivalent.
• Unrestricted C class licence at minimum, MR preferred.
• Minimum 3 years industry experience. 
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• A safety conscious work ethic.
