Training: Monthly in-house Professional Development run by either a SP, OT, Physio or Psych + Weekly in-house Occupational Therapy PD
PD: $1000 Yearly Professional Development allowance

Assistance: No need to worry about taking payments, sorting out NDIS funds or cancellation fees because we have daily support from our receptionists and admin team. We also have Therapy Assistants to help clinicians with tasks.
Admin time: one hour booked in your diary per day for daily administration time as well as 10 minutes after each session for session notes (that's a definite 2 hours of admin time set aside in your diary per day!). Additional time will be set aside for team support and mentoring.
Resources: Endless amounts of resources to use, including a computer, toys, worksheets, scaffolds, a sensory/dark room, messy playroom (think shaving cream, paint, pasta, glue +more) and 2 sensory gyms (imagine ball pit, slides, flying fox, swings, monkey bars, bikes + more).
Achievable goals: Forget unachievable KPI’s. We do NOT overwork our clinicians. Our leaders have reduced billable hours to allow for team support and mentorship.

Clinic Lead with a background in Paediatric OT
We Need a Paediatric Occupational Therapy With Experience Who Is Looking Forward To The Exciting Challenge Of Running Our OT Department As Well As Provide Clinical Support For Staff In Our Other Departments! You Will Be Involved In
Mentoring and supervising staff in the OT department as well as provide support for other clinicians in our Multidisciplinary team.
Participating in weekly senior meetings with our OT's, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists. You get a real say in how the business runs!
Involvement in the weekly internal PD for the OT team (and observing multi-disciplinary PD monthly).
Participating in fortnightly Case Conference with the multidisciplinary team.
