Clinic Manager - Northern Territory

Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with a fantastic health service in the Northern Territory to help them find a Clinical Manager to lead their wonderful team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the clinical health team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality primary health care services to clients in the clinic and community. This role requires strong coordination and facilitation skills, working closely with the CEO, Medical Officer, and Board members to address community health priorities.

• $134,160.00 per annum + on-call allowance + 11% superannuation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and strategic management to the health team
• Deliver clinical duties, including on-call support
• Coordinate and facilitate health services within the community
• Ensure culturally sensitive and effective health care practices
• Implement and monitor Continuous Quality Improvement principles
• Engage with community members to understand and address health needs

Qualifications & Certifications Required

• Current registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions
• National Crime Check within the past 12 months
• Current OCHRE Card
• Unrestricted Australian Driver's License
• At least 5 years experience with advanced clinical skills
• Commitment and understanding of Aboriginal Community Control
• Current certifications or ability to obtain within 6 months: AGV, REC, MEC, i-STAT, and QAAMS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
