Clinical Care Coordinator - NFP Provider - Central Coast
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator within a beautiful residential aged care home on the Central Coast. We are looking for someone with exceptional clinical skills to lead a clinical team and oversee all clinical aspects of the facility to ensure the highest quality care is provided to all residents.
This role is highly supported with on-site Quality and Education teams to ensure you have a clear career development path.

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration with experience as a Registered Nurse within an aged care facility with the ability to lead a clinical team
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Full Australian working rights
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Passion for value driven quality care
