Warrina Homes was established in 1972 and is recognised as a leading not-for-profit Aged Care provider in the North-Eastern suburbs of Adelaide. We operate three Residential Aged Care Facilities at Paradise, Campbelltown, and Ingle Farm, as well as our 5 Independent Living Villages.

Currently we are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Clinical Care Coordinator to join our Clinical Team.
As the Clinical Nurse you will:
- Work in collaboration with the clinical teams and leadership to undertake accurate assessments, documentation and auditing in order to achieve quality care outcomes for all Residents.
- Set to achieve optimisation of funding via the AN-ACC funding module.
- Provide hands-on education, support and mentoring to new and existing care staff to ensure accurate assessments and documentation.
- Incident Management and documentation
- Build relationships with residents and their families in a friendly, caring and empathetic way in all aspects of care delivery in order to accurately capture and update the appropriate data required for documentation.
What we are looking for:
- Registered Nurse status with AHPRA.
- Minimum two years' experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care sector
- Exceptional computer and communication skills.
- Highly developed assessment, auditing and documentation abilities.
- Broad understanding of legislation, regulations and other requirements affecting the Aged Care industry.
- Demonstrated professional leadership skills.
- Passionate about the care of elderly people and the delivery of quality care.
