We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator (RN) to join our team Monday to Friday 0700 - 1530 Hrs.
Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager you will be well supported in leading your team.

Desired Skills and Attributes:
- Experience in working in a similar leadership position in Residential Aged Care.
- Supervisory Experience.
- Strong communication skills and documentation practice.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Excellent understanding of care planning, goal setting and evaluation documentation
- Demonstrated strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Experience with iCare or similar
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Current Police Check
- Current Vaccinations in accordance with Government requirements.
