About the Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and work within a great family team environment - working across both our Croydon Park and St Peters sites.
As one of our Clinical Care Leads, you will oversee and direct the clinical and care team to ensure optimal and individualised care and clinical services are provided for each resident.
You will ensure that clinical documentation and reporting is contemporaneous, completed in adherence with best practice guidelines, is defensible, and meets the Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission requirements.
This role works closely with the General Manager, Clinical Care Coordinators (CNs), and other clinical team members, including our allied health team, to optimise clinical outcomes for residents of our Croydon Park and St Peters facilities.
Skills and Experience
- Clinical assessment skills
- Current registration with no restrictions
- Experience in a similar role (Care Manager, Clinical Manager or similar)
- Demonstrated knowledge of The Aged Care Quality Standards
- Sound Leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to Lead and mentor a Clinical team
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound organisation and time management skills
- Good documentation skills.
- Demonstrated personal values that align with St Basil’s Homes (SA) vision, mission and values
- A current National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)
- COVID and seasonal influenza vaccination status (vaccinated or non-vaccinated)
