About the role:

- Located at our Residential Aged Care facility in Mount Barker

As a Clinical Care Manager, you will assist with the daily operations of the facility whilst seeking continuous improvement in Clinical Care and resident-centred service. Utilising your extensive clinical knowledge, you will empower staff to deliver high-quality care that meets and exceeds all required standards and engenders our values. With previous experience in leading nursing and care staff, you develop and support high performing teams and foster a culture that is all about Respect, Accountability and Connection.
In this role you will need:
- Extensive experience in a senior Clinical Care role
- A Bachelor of Nursing including a current AHPRA RN registration
- Demonstrated leadership experience, managing and mentoring staff
- 4 years with clinical experience - Aged Care experience an advantage
- A genuine passion for providing individualised Clinical Care to support ageing in place
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents and their families
- Be available to be on call once every four weeks between Friday 18:00 to Monday 06:00

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) and clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
