The Role:
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care.
- Ensure the facility meets all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Oversee resident care, manage resident feedback, and address concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Recruit, roster, and manage staff, providing ongoing performance feedback.
- Monitor budgets and expenses, maintain financial records, and manage resources effectively.
- Oversee maintenance of the facility and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in Residential Aged Care management.
- Understanding of Aged Care standards and funding tools
- Is financially astute and has strong budgeting and cost-management abilities.
- Has a commitment to staff development and fostering a positive work culture.
- Demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Is passionate about quality care and resident well-being.
