AddressCCH has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Clinical Care Manager to oversee and manage the Clinical Care operations in our Magill location.
Working as part of our residential aged care management team and supported by on-site clinical and personal centered focused staff, the successful candidate will have relevant experience in all aspects of residential aged care and strong clinical knowledge of aged care accreditation and funding. Additionally, a background and passion for positive ageing, strong leadership skills and a kind heart is a requirement of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the Clinical Care team.
- Ensure the highest standard of Clinical Care is provided to our residents.
- Develop and implement Clinical Care policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular clinical audits to monitor and improve the quality of care provided.
- Work closely with other managers and departments to ensure a coordinated approach to resident care.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development for Clinical Care staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- A degree in nursing and current registration with AHPRA
- Experience in a management or leadership role
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Understanding of aged care regulations and standards
