AddressWe have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Care Manager with a forward-thinking provider on the border of New South Wales and Victoria. The role offers a competitive salary package ranging from $109,000 to $116,000, plus superannuation and NFP benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage clinical staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Team oversight, leadership & culture
Required:
- 3 years post experience in the Aged Care industry
- 2 years of clinical management experience with demonstrated clinical people leadership
- Demonstrated experience maintaining and utilising quality systems, accreditation standards, and continuous improvement approaches.
- Leadership experience within Aged Care
