Just Better Care Macarthur is seeking experienced Community Care Clinical Registered Nurse looking to take an exciting community care role in a Home Care business that is rapidly growing across NSW.
As part of the Just Better Care Company, you will have the support of over 50 offices across Australia and enjoy the benefits from the support from the Just Better Care Australia team.
Your primary role will be to manage the clinical needs of a caseload of HCP clients, as well as within the team manage the ongoing training/compliances for the Community Care staff.
You will work within a small business model locally to ensure all home care and disability standards are being exceeded.
Working with a manageable caseload, in a small supportive team, you will deliver excellent levels of care to the community.
You will be a supportive leader to our Home and Community Care staff
Full Time or Part Time can be negotiated.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse - current AHPRA registration.
- Customer service skills demonstrated by experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of HCP / CHSP
- Demonstrated knowledge of the disability sector esp. NDIS
- Demonstrated understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
- High-level report writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Driver's Licence (required)
- Excellent Computer skills
- First Aid
- Police check
