The Aged Care industry is not for the faint-hearted. People used to say Aged Care is where Nurses go to finish their career. No one says that now. If you're able to withstand the pressures of Aged Care, there's a good chance you'll find yourself going from Clinical Nurse Manager to Facility Manager within the blink of an eye. Which is why you're here, reading this advert.

With the ongoing Nursing shortage and staffing difficulties experienced across the board, everyone in the industry is overworked.
