Clinical Care Manager
Currently seeking a Care Manager to help operate a Medium Sized aged care home based in the Wollongong region. This role will report to the Facility Manager and work to run the floor overseeing a team of Registered Nurses.
Monday- Friday flexible start and finish times

To be considered for this role, you will have:
Qualified Registered Nurse - Div 1 essential!
3+ years Experienced Registered Nurse
Excellent aged care clinical skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Superior communication skills both written and verbal
Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
