SalaryWe require an experienced Care Manager to manage the Clinical Care within this large Aged Care residence based in the Northern Sydney area. Representing a values-driven Aged Care organisation, you will enjoy support from on-site Operation and Quality as well as reporting directly to an experienced Director of Nursing.

Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration with experience as an Registered Nurse within an aged care facility
- Previous experience in a leadership role within Aged Care
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to lead a team, with strong clinical knowledge
