- Experience within a management position in Aged Care is essential
- Minimum 2 years Care Management experienced in Residential Aged Care
- Demonstrated leadership skills + experience
- Significant experience working in Residential Aged Care recently
- Clinical Nurse/Clinical Manager experience
- Funding knowledge
- Knowledge of the Accreditation process
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- A positive outlook & passion for aged care
- Current APHRA Registration
