The Role
Reporting to the CEO – Healthy Aging, you will be a member of the Healthy Ageing Leadership Team and will be responsible for providing Clinical Leadership to the business. You will contribute to the delivery of strategy and the operational requirements of the organisation. You will also act as the clinical expert for any new services or acquisitions and ensure high levels of quality clinical standards are developed and implemented to deliver safe and quality care, while acting as advisory service across the business for clinical issues
You will mentor and support clinical managers and senior care advisors and develop workforce initiatives to improve recruitment and retention of staff delivering care including career pipelines.
Required Experience
To be successful in this role you will need experience in senior management roles overseeing large, complex clinical services. You will also need to possess the following:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to and experience in leading and managing large change initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in improving the education and training outcomes for staff
- Experience in working in senior management/executive team to achieve business outcomes
- Multi-site Aged Care experience (preferred)
- Current driver’s license
On offer is a salary package of $195,000 - $210,000 plus super and as a Not for Profit provider, you will also have access to substantial salary packaging benefits on top.
