Administration Officer Level 3: $33.30 - $34.33per hour
Administration Officer Level 4: $35.22- $36.02 per hour
Administration Officer Level 5: $37.09 - $37.93 per hour

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ICD-10-AM, or relevant tertiary qualifications in Health Management and experience using the 3M Codefinder. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively. To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible. * Completion of a recognised ICD-10-AM coding course or relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Health Information Management

  • Experience using the 3M Codefinder
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and proven ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Sound knowledge of the DRG allocation process
  • Experience using Patient Administration Systems and other electronic medical record systems
