SalaryThe 150 bed, fully accredited Aged Care facility is based near Bundaberg, with a leading passionate Aged Care team that are focused on delivering high-quality care.
About the role:
The Clinical Compliance Coordinator will report to the Quality and Compliance Officer and will help monitor Training and Education, lead the clinical team to meet high clinical standards that meets the individual needs of the residents and management of the clinical care staff team.
Duties:
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care sector, including funding and policy protocols.
- Show an ability to operate independently and professionally with limited supervision.
- Interpret work within the relevant policy guidelines
- Understand the needs of older people, in particular those with cognitive decline
- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Welfare, Nursing or Social Sciences
- 2 years of experience in Aged Care accreditation and the clinical standards, dementia and challenging behaviours
- Experience in working closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Weekday shifts only! 0800 - 1600 Monday to Friday
