The Position
The primary responsibility of the Clinical Coordinator - Compliance is to oversee, supervise, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality clinical care, guided by the Quality and Compliance Officer (QACO), in collaboration with Community management.
About you
Do the following characteristics resonate with you?
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a senior nursing position within Residential Aged Care Proven comprehension and adherence to Aged Care Quality standards
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance Programs
- Effective communication skills across various levels of management, staff, residents, and their representatives
- Demonstrated initiative in identifying issues and readiness to take accountability for actions
- Exhibits advanced critical clinical thinking and problem-solving abilities, translating theory into practice
- Current National Police Check
