- Tertiary qualifications in Health Information Management, Accounting, Information Technology, Statistical Analysis or other related field or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in Clinical Costing and activity based management and their applications to health service delivery.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of NSW Health Patient costing particularly those relating to funding and costing; an ability to analyse costing data and application of the costing information in financial and budget management.
