We are currently looking for an experienced Management / Cost Accountant to join our Team. Key Duties will include:
• Oversee project accounting and implement robust controls.
• Manage manufacturing costing and inventory control.
• Conduct financial reporting and facilitate month-end processing.
• Prepare insightful management reports and factory/project variance analyses.
• Review and enhance supply chain processes.
• Analyse labour, productivity, and margins to drive financial performance.
• Maintain up-to-date manufacturing and import pricing tables.
• Ensure accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) and routings.
• Collaborate with department leads to gain key financial insights.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Uphold inventory control standards.
• Manage Balance Sheet reconciliation.
• Oversee the Accounts Receivable function.
We are seeking a candidate who:
- Is CPA / CA qualified.
- Has previous experience in a similar role within Manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools
- Has a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Previous experience within Manufacturing, Pronto, Xero and Cognos BI is highly desirable.
