A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle
Minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar
Demonstrable experience delivering cost management services in healthcare or the life sciences sector.Working towards or full membership of RICS (MRICS), AIQS (MAIQS) or equivalent professional qualification (desirable)Knowledge of GC21 forms of contract would be beneficial.Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.Ideally experience of working on in heath / healthcare projects
