Reporting to: Head, Heart Valve Disease and Artificial Intelligence
The roleAs a Clinical Data Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and completeness of core data collection within our Heart Valve Disease & Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. Reporting to the Head of the Laboratory, you will work closely with research collaborators nationwide to maintain accurate data and facilitate multi-centre data collation.

- Coordinate multi-centre research logistics and data centralisation.
- Obtain ethics approvals across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ensure project management milestones are met.
- Maintain accurate databases and networks for data collection.
- Previous and relevant experience in a clinical research environment as a coordinator
- Proficiency in multicentre collaborative projects and obtaining ethics approvals.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of patient/clinical confidentiality protocols.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
