• Full time, 80hrs per fortnight | Monthly day off

We provide a range of emergency, surgical, medical and general healthCare Services, including maternity, palliative care, mental health, drug and alcohol, residential care, community health and state-wide specialist services to people and communities that are diverse in culture, age, socio-economic status, population and healthcare needs.About the roleThis full-time position is based at Box Hill Hospital incorporating clinical and non-clinical activity across Eastern Health’s three Intensive Care Units (Angliss, Maroondah, and Box Hill Hospitals). This position works closely with the Clinical Service Director ofIntensive Care Services with a focus on quality improvement, and includes acting in the Clinical Service Director role when delegated.About youTo be successful in this role you will possess:

• Current registration with AHPRA
• Post Graduate (Masters) qualifications in leadership and/or health system management
• Clinical experience managing mechanical circulatory support therapies
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and leadership experience
• A strong commitment to high quality care through quality improvement
• The ability to work as part of a diverse team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
