About the role
This full-time position is based at Box Hill Hospital incorporating clinical and non-clinical activity across Eastern Health’s three Intensive Care Units (Angliss, Maroondah, and Box Hill Hospitals). This position works closely with the Clinical Service Director ofIntensive Care Services with a focus on quality improvement, and includes acting in the Clinical Service Director role when delegated.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Post Graduate (Masters) qualifications in leadership and/or health system management
- Clinical experience managing mechanical circulatory support therapies
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and leadership experience
- A strong commitment to high quality care through quality improvement
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
