Thompson Health Care Macleay Valley House is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Clinical Assistant to the DeputyDirector of Nursing to join the team. We're looking for enthusiastic candidates who has a positive attitude and have a passion for working with aged people. This is a great opportunity to work for a leading aged care provider that offers a rewarding career and supportive environment.
The successful candidate:
- Registered Nurse for a minimum of 3 years acute clinical experience.
- Aged Care experience desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated proficiency in Clinical Assessment including but not limited to Respiratory, Neurological, Gastroenterology and skin integrity.
Essential criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in Incident Investigation and Management
- Demonstrated experience in Care planning and consultation
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within the team.
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to provide on the spot education to staff.
- Demonstrated high level communication skills.
