About the Role:
Our client is looking for an outstanding Clinical Educator who has the ability to work autonomously and within a team. Take ownership of the Peri-op education and obtain a great work life balance, assisting the clinical staff within the hospital by sharing your years of gained knowledge and experience with staff eager to develop off your expertise.
This is a hands-on role, requiring an exceptional candidate that can lead, coach, and inspire others through practical on the job training. You will educate a team of clinical workers, while being able to identify and meet the nursing education needs.

You Have:
- Extensive clinical knowledge, specifically in Perioperative services
- Ability to lead teams and manage projects relating to education
- Ability to contribute to the development of clinical practice of new and existing nurses
- Ability to act as a team player and foster a positive work environment

Essential Requirements:
- Registered nurse with AHPRA
- Completion of, or working towards postgraduate qualifications in education
- Direct education experience within perioperative services
- Ability to lead, train and develop experienced and junior staff
