About the role
The Clinical Education Team (CET) provide a supporting role in patient care through the development and delivery of traditional and innovative education and clinical practice improvement support tools to enhance transfusion and Patient Blood Management (PMB) practice.
This is an exciting role reporting into the Clinical Education Team’s Nursing Lead. You’ll be supporting the development of micro credentials and clinical support tools targeted towards the expertise required to perform the transfusion nurse/practitioner role. You'll be working in a multi-disciplinary team and be excited by the opportunity to develop clinical education content and leverage your experience using digital technology platforms and tools to support clinical learners.
Skills & Capabilities
- Senior Registered Nurse or Clinician with more 5+ years clinical practice experience
- Previous experience as a Transfusion Nurse or Practitioner
- Experience in developing and delivering online and in-person clinical education/training in both self-paced and interactive formats
- Excellent knowledge of PBM, and experience in supporting clinical transfusion practice
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate clearly and effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in developing a culture of teaching and learning excellence
