An exciting opportunity to join the New England Regional Assessment Service with Aspire4Life as a Clinical Home Support Assessor. This role will see you support older Australians to continue living independently, by considering supports such as assistive technology, social support services, and community care. This is a community-based role allowing you the opportunity to travel throughout the Aged Care Planning Region to work collaboratively with clients in their homes under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (My Aged Care).This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday (no weekend or shift work).
