Our Manly clinic is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead and develop a team of allied health professionals.
This clinic was the original home of the evidence-based Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) approach which supports children aged 0-8 years with developmental and learning needs. As a multidisciplinary site we also offer Speech and Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Psychology.

The Opportunity:
As the Clinical Manager you will be responsible for the success of the clinic as well as leading and developing allied health professional and educators.
Your purpose as the Clinical Manager is to ensure exceptional outcomes for our young clients and a well-supported team environment. Drawing on your early intervention experience and autism knowledge, you will be a proactive, solution-focused, professional and dedicated to bringing the best for your clients, families, staff and the organisation.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Day to day management of a leading and innovative early intervention centre,
- Apply and extend your extensive clinical knowledge,
- Workforce management, including recruitment and growth planning,
- Oversee and participate in the development and promotion of the clinic,
- Maintain a compliance centre on both internal and external requirements,
- Ensure high level professionalism and ethical conduct,
- And much much more to ensure a successful and rewarding team and clinic.
What do you need to join?
- Relevant qualification in Education/Occupational Therapy/ Speech Pathology/ Psychology
- Experience in autism early intervention and paediatric allied health
- Previously leadership experience,
- Have a passion for early intervention and making a difference to the lives of children and their families,
- Compliance – Qualifications relevant to the role, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 vaccination certificate or exemption, First Aid Training, Driver’s License & Vehicle.
