Form of workWe are currently recruiting for two (2) Clinical Nurses, ideally available to work 38 hours per week, and one (1) weekend a month. Hourly Rate from $48.12 - $53.66 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Sign on Bonus plus allowances on offer!
ROLE PURPOSE: Responsible for the operational oversight of the clinical services operations. This role includes; Functioning as the Clinical Nurse and providing advanced clinical information and coordinating the complex care needs of residents. Assisting in the management of human, material and financial resources.
Monitoring care and services delivered by staff to ensure high standards of practice. Undertake professional responsibilities as directed by the Facility Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service: Responsible for the oversight of and participation in service planning and delivery processes, and policy and procedure formulation as pertains to areas of responsibility.
