Your next role:
- Choice of contract (minimum 3 months) or permanent
- Report into a passionate Clinical Services Manager and work in conjunction with another Clinical Nurse
- Work Monday to Fridays on a rotating roster of morning and afternoon shifts
- Be the clinical expert on the floor and the first point of contact for any complex care issues
- Provide guidance, direction, training and mentoring to Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and AINs
- Assist with the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the facility is compliant with legislation and accreditation requirements
- Form positive relationships with residents and families to create client directed care outcomes
- Design the role to suit you - option for contract or permanent
- Develop your skills by adapting to the unique challenges of working in a regional location with Indigenous communities
- Work for a very well-resourced provider and receive excellent support from a highly skilled management team

- $51 an hour + penalties + super + salary packaging + accommodation + remote area allowance
- AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse is essential
- Must have experience in a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse role within residential aged care
- An approachable leader who enjoys empowering staff by providing mentoring, education and guidance
- Driven, resilient, flexible and passionate about delivering exceptional care and customer service
- Personable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships at all levels
