About the role

The job oposition is located at Brownesholme, this Carinity’s Aged Care site located in Highfields, just a short drive from Toowoomba and close to all amenities. Carinity’s new Brownesholme facility is designed and equipped with modern design concepts and technology to support residential care.
What do I need for the role?
Strong clinical background including demonstrated experience in Aged Care
Extensive knowledge of and experience with ACFI and the use of electronic care planning
Understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation and Audit processes
Customer service orientation with compassion for and a genuine interest in caring for the elderly
Ability to work on call in rotation with the Residential Manager
