About the role:
The Hobart Clinic is looking to recruit a Clinical Nurse Consultant to provide clinical leadership for the delivery of evidence-based, trauma-informed, person-centred mental healthcare nursing services.
Reporting to the Executive Manager – Hospital Operations & Director of Nursing, and as an integral member of The Hobart Clinic’s Leadership Team, the Clinical Nurse Consultant works autonomously across five domains of practice: Clinical Service and Consultancy, Clinical Leadership, Research, Education and Clinical Service Planning and Management.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
- Post graduate qualifications and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Mental Health care setting;
- Alignment with THC’s values and a passion to provide Life Changing Care;
- Commitment to support the implementation of THC’s new Strategic Plan.
