This position is Monday to Friday in a multidisciplinary out-patient setting and will see you provide expert clinical consultancy that supports the delivery of excellent, safe patient care. You will be expected to lead, participate and collaborate with other key stakeholders in the design and implementation of continuous improvement activities and models of care for enhanced service provision. You will be provided with an orientation upon commencement.About you:
The successful applicant will have experience in the coordination and support of cancer patients. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills for facilitating and maintaining relationships with patients, families, other health professional and the general public. You will have the ability to be adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment and have the capacity to persevere in challenging and complex situations.Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
- At least 5 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience, with at least 3 years full-time equivalent experience in the specialty field (oncology).
- Approved postgraduate nursing qualifications relevant to the field being appointed to, or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the employer.
- Four weeks annual leave (pro-rata for part-time employees)
- Up to 12 allocated days off each year (for full-time employees)
- Superannuation contributions 11%
