$4017.60 – 4302.00 per fortnight (F/T)
$52.86 - $56.60 per hour (P/T)
The Clinical Nurse is required to deliver direct nursing care at an advanced level, within a specific area of expertise whilst providing support and education to patients and other team members in this unit. The Clinical Nurse is responsible for a specific client population while providing support and direction to Registered Nurses and other non-registered nursing personnel.
• Implement and monitor the organisation’s quality standards, work health and safety policies, procedures and programs and provide clinical governance in the relevant work area.
• Provide leadership to effectively plan, manage and evaluate patient care activities at an advance practitioner level within the specified clinical setting.
• Undertake quality improvement and evidence-based practice activities to ensure the provision of quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Apply contemporary human resource management principles to ensure that the unit working environment meets legislative standards and CHHHS policies and procedures.
