Clinical Nurse Manager

is a family-owned aged care provider operating 36 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA and NSW. We believe that our commitment to providing high quality care can make a real difference to the lives of our consumers and their families.
We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at Mosman Park Aged Care Home on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of procedures to ensure each resident's clinical and care requirements are met, while providing clear communication to families. Your clinical and leadership experience will be invaluable as another key focus of your role is delivering clinical supervision to our team of Registered Nurses.
Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when leading inter-disciplinary teams, as when providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents.
Now... to ensure our residents and staff at Mosman Park Aged Care Home get to experience your brilliance, it is essential you possess:

• a tertiary qualification (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing and AHPRA registration
• previous experience working as a Clinical Nurse Manager in the aged care sector
• a NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Influenza vaccination
• full working rights in Australia
