Senior Receptionist L Lane Cove

Our client, a reputable healthcare practice located in Lane Cove, is currently seeking a Senior Practice Receptionist to join their team. 
 
About the Role
 
The successful candidate will work full-time, 4-5 days a week, with flexible hours from 7:30am /8am to 6pm. The hourly rate for this position is $35+ with scope for this to increase after 6-12 months. Work in a well established private billing family practice. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and registering patients
• Managing patient appointments and scheduling
• Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry
• Organising meetings and taking minutes
• Liaising with healthcare professionals and staff members
• Ordering stock and supplies
• Coordinating and managing the roster
• Managing and resolving IT problems
• Assisting with staff wages and payroll
• Providing administrative support as required

• Previous Best Practice experience is essential
• Some previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Understanding of medical terminology and processes

• The hourly rate for this position is $35+ with scope for this to increase
