About the Opportunity: Join our team as the Clinical Care Manager of our 94-bed aged care home in Kingaroy, QLD. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing healthcare services, coordinating care plans, managing medication, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Your dedication and expertise will contribute to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for our residents while supporting and promoting the well-being of our staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee healthcare services and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
- Coordinate individualized care plans and monitor their implementation.
- Manage medication administration and ensure adherence to protocols and regulations.
- Provide leadership and support to nursing and care staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including allied health professionals and external stakeholders.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to ongoing professional development.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration.
- Previous experience in a clinical management or leadership role within aged care.
- Sound clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing person-centered care and promoting resident well-being.
- Eligibility for sponsorship under the 482 or 186 visa program (if applicable).
