Role Summary:
As either an enrolled or registered Nurse you will be a key member of a multidisciplinary research clinical team in Adelaide that delivers exceptional care for patients. In this role you will be expected to strive for the best possible patient outcomes through teamwork, innovative practices, and optimal use of technology.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Perform vital signs and patient assessments
- Prepare and administer subcutaneous injections
- High level of documentation skills
- Able to perform a venupuncture (desirable)
Experience:
- Registered Nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse and with demonstrated experience to administer subcutaneous injections
- Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia and holds a current practising certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently as part of a team in an effective, proactive, and co-operative manner.
- High level of initiative and flexibility and the ability to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated commitment to accurate and high-quality work.
- Be competent in computer skills including word processing, databases, PowerPoint and excel.
- High level of time management and organisational skills
- Valid driver's license and own transport to travel between sites when required
