Permanent Part Time (Hours negotiable Min 0.8 FTE)
We are seeking an appropriately qualified and experienced Nurse to join our perioperative leadership team.
We are looking for someone who will share our vision and can join us in working towards it. This is an excellent opportunity for a perioperative nurse who has experience in clinical leadership or is looking to progress their career.
Essential Criteria:
• Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse with relevant post registration qualifications
• 3-5 years’ experience working in a perioperative specialty.
• Current National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
• Excellent communication skills and patient liaison skills
• Flexibility to workday, afternoon and weekend shifts (6 day rotation roster)
• Participation in ON CALL roster
• Unquestionable attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines within a fast paced and sometimes challenging environment.
Highly Desirable Criteria:
• Previous experience/position as CN in Perioperative Nursing
• Previous experience in Nursing education or similar leadership roles
