Your part in Buderim Private Hospital
As part of our Rehab team, you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and support, you will lead by example through exceptional communication, customer service and patient advocacy.
What makes a difference for us?
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in acute rehab ward
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship
An ability to coordinate and prioritise your wards clinical load
Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvements

Selection Criteria Essential: Ability to work flexibly across a 24/7 roster
Not Essential: Experience team leading
Essential: Recent experience in the in-patient rehab setting
Not Essential: Rehabilitation qualification
Essential: Please be advised it is a requirement for all UnitingCare employees and volunteers to have received both doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.
